Description:

BCS foundry flasks are durable 14 gauge welded steel construction. Both the cope and drag sections have flanges to help retain your sand and prevent "drop outs". The guide pins are properly sized for applying pressure during separation using your thumbs while lifting by the brackets. These guide pins assure accurate alignment of the halves upon re-assembly after pulling your pattern.

Finished Flasks and Flask Kits:

We offer both complete finished flasks and flask kits. If you are an experienced welder, have acess to a welder (MIG recommended), and some time you may want to consider the kit.

Each kit comes with all the sheetmetal and hardware needed. A seven page drawing shows the steps to assemble the flask. Click HERE (801K Adobe Acrobat File) for a look at the drawing. Be sure you understand what's required before ordering this kit.

The kit contains all necessary sheetmetal and hardware. All that is needed is to weld the unit together and paint it.
